That’s the Joker in the hoodie, Catwoman, Lex Luthor, The Prankster (at least I think, Supes calls him one in the upcoming pages), Captain Cold and Poison Ivy on the right. I assumed the tall one was Solomon Grundy, but I’m not sure. Also this comic is awesome. Actually: Joker - Cheetah - Lex Luthor - Toyman - Solomon Grundy - Captain Cold - Poison Ivy. And it totally is. Actually, I think that it is Professor Ivo, look at his picture from young justice. It looks more like that then Toyman.
